What color should I choose?

Pick the color that best represents the page you are designing. If you have a background image, choose the image's dominant color. You can do so easily with the eye dropper tool.

What color formats are accepted in the color input?

You can write the color in HEX, RGB or CSS color format. Opacity will be set to 100% if a semi-transparent color is put in.

How do I choose a saved color?

Click on the color square next to the input, and you'll be able to pick from your saved colors. You can also directly save the current color by clicking the "+" icon.

How do I choose a recent color?

Click on the color square next to the input, and you'll be able to pick from your recent colors.

How do I use the color picker?

On supported browsers, click the eye dropper icon in the color field, and then the second eye dropper in the popup. You will now be able to choose a color that is displayed on your screen. Perfect for matching the background to an image color.

Why can't I change the opacity?

Since the background color is the canvas color of the page, there is nothing to reveal behind it. So we disabled opacity to make choosing the perfect color easier.

How do I change the browser color?

The background color you pick on the first page of your story will also color the interface of your browser, to make your story feel more immersive.
