You're ready to use the powerful lead forms within your Landing Stories. Now let's help you get the collected data to Zapier.

Using Zapier

Head over to Zapier and create a new Zap. You should at least be on the Starter plan to have access to the Webhook premium integration.

Creating the Zap with a link

We've created a model Zap that gets the data from Tappable and ads a row to a Google Sheet. Just click the button below to get started immediately.

Creating your Zap manually

  • Create a new Zap

When creating your Tappable lead form Zap you will be greeted with a similar screen to this one.

Choose the Webhook by Zapier as a your Trigger

  • Setup the Webhook.

Select the Catch Hook option and press Continue

Copy the URL that you see on the second page

  • Head over to Tappable

Head over to interactivity tab in the main screen of Tappable.

  • Create a new Lead form

  • Setting up the Lead form

Once you've created your desired form press Form Settings.

  • Paste the copied URL from Zapier

Paste the URL and Save your form settings.

  • Fill in test data and submit the information of your desired form

  • Get back to Zapier to test the trigger

  • Wait for the response

Once you get this response your trigger is set. The data from the form will be available. We also add GDPR compliant information based on the IP of the user.

  • Press continue and start getting creative

These are a few examples where you can submit your data to. Zapier integrates with 3000+ SaaS. Your desired software is probably in there. You can connect directly to your CRM like Hubspot and so on. πŸ‘
